William Wallace is having an identity crisis. He doesn’t know who people want him to be anymore and he can’t seem to look at himself in the mirror. So he has gone back to his routes and consulted the history books. Learning that Scotland’s past is a little different from how he has come to remember it.
Through three stories the award winning Niall Moorjani re-imagines Scotland’s history in a playful and thought provoking way. Through William Wallace they explore the wars of Independence, colonialism and retrospective myth making.
